Bad Day follows a new teacher through a series of unfortunate events that end with a heartwarming lesson.
I'd been studying Meisner before this film, so my largest goal was to get rid of tension. I'd often found that as soon as the director said, "Action!" I would tense up. So during this film, deep breaths and relaxation techniques abounded.
And it worked! I was able to vanquish the tension I'd felt in previous films. I was very relaxed, able to enjoy the role, and to have fun working with my director, Bridgette Smith.
